Ladies jacket lightly padded

This jacket is all about recycling. Outer fabric, lining and the lightweight padding are made of recycled polyester. The latter, a vegan down substitute made from recycled PET bottles, keeps you nice and warm in the transitional season and on cooler summer evenings; cross-stitched seams keep the padding in place. The jacket is crafted with a slim stand-up collar and elastic bands inside the sleeve hems. It closes with matching metal snaps and is equipped with two snap pockets and an inside pocket. Last but not least: it is water-repellent, breathable and soft - and it is produced CO₂-neutral.

The work of fashion label Lanius is influenced by three factors: first, a style characterised by sophisticated designs and forms, secondly the use of certified raw materials and thirdly the guarantee that all garments have been produced under fair working conditions. Depending on the garment, one factor may get centre stage, but the other factors don’t move out of the focus – however, importance is always attached to outstanding quality both in terms of materials and finish. The label was founded in 1999 by Claudia Lanius, who works on all her ideas and designs in her Cologne studio; she has them developed by her team and then assembled by producers in several countries.
