Ladies hoodie striped

This hoodie with a nautical look features the characteristic blue and white stripes that also make up the Breton striped shirt, the classic from Armor lux. Made from organic cotton, the hoodie is slightly fitted, sleeves and torso are worked without cuffs.

Tellingly, “armor” is the Breton word for sea, and “lux” cannot mean anything else than the magic light at Brittany’s coast. In keeping with their brand’s name, Armor lux design many of their jumpers and shirts, dresses, trousers, hats, caps and scarves in a maritime style. The company, based in Quimper and founded by a Swiss at the end of the 1930s, combines simple, comfortable cuts, classic colours and uncompromising quality of materials and craft. The main production facility is still the company’s headquarter in France while, to a small extent, branches in Madagascar and Tunisia support the production.
