A practical companion for everyday wear and sporting activities: a simple rib-knitted headband. Thanks to the combination of virgin wool and cotton, it protects the ears from icy winds, absorbs moisture well and quickly wicks it away. The new wool used comes from controlled organic animal husbandry, the cotton from controlled organic cultivation.

The work of fashion label Lanius is influenced by three factors: first, a style characterised by sophisticated designs and forms, secondly the use of certified raw materials and thirdly the guarantee that all garments have been produced under fair working conditions. Depending on the garment, one factor may get centre stage, but the other factors don’t move out of the focus – however, importance is always attached to outstanding quality both in terms of materials and finish. The label was founded in 1999 by Claudia Lanius, who works on all her ideas and designs in her Cologne studio; she has them developed by her team and then assembled by producers in several countries.
