Ladies cardigan buttoned

This cross-season basic comes with a slightly boxy cut and loose fit with large, matching stone nut buttons. The voluminous, rather coarse knit has a wonderfully soft feel thanks to the cozy alpaca hair. The fibers also have an insulating effect on cooler days and temperature balancing on warmer ones. The polyamide content makes the cardigan more dimensionally stable and durable. A visual highlight are the vividly contrasting colored sleeve ends. At the torso, a shaping ribbed knit cuff forms the conclusion.

The work of fashion label Lanius is influenced by three factors: first, a style characterised by sophisticated designs and forms, secondly the use of certified raw materials and thirdly the guarantee that all garments have been produced under fair working conditions. Depending on the garment, one factor may get centre stage, but the other factors don’t move out of the focus – however, importance is always attached to outstanding quality both in terms of materials and finish. The label was founded in 1999 by Claudia Lanius, who works on all her ideas and designs in her Cologne studio; she has them developed by her team and then assembled by producers in several countries.
