Ladies cardigan

A summery cardigan in a slightly cropped fit that can be combined in a variety of ways. The fine knit is made from skin-friendly cotton, half of which comes from certified organic farming and half from recycled sources. The button placket and collar are rib-knitted with rolled hems. The body and three-quarter length sleeves are finished with cross ribbing. Matching stone nut buttons round off the design of the cardigan.

The fashion label Rifò was founded in 2017 by Niccolò Cipriani as a start-up in Prato, Tuscany, with the mission of counteracting overproduction in the clothing industry: with timeless, circular fashion that consists of a high proportion of high-quality recycled natural fibers. Rifò is the Tuscan short form of an inflection of the Italian verb "rifare", which means "to renew" or "to do again", and this is precisely the principle of the Italian label: to create something new from something old. The garments and accessories consist of at least 50 percent recycled natural fibers, plus a proportion of newly produced natural materials. The recycled fibers are obtained on the one hand from pre-consumer textiles (waste from the textile industry) and on the other from post-consumer textiles (used clothing donations). Rifò produces in the region in order to keep production routes as short as possible and to promote the local economy. The yarn and fabric suppliers that the fashion label works with are mainly located in the textile district of Prato.

The slippers run rather small: We recommend choosing a size one size larger than your usual size.
