In this version with a sharpened and polished blade and wooden handle, Triangel in Solingen manufactures its kitchen pallet only for us.
Produced in Response to Professional Requirements.
The tool of bakers and confectioners to split and lift baked goods. The angeled shape facilitates handling in the baking pan. The sturdy handle is made of hornbeam and riveted to the tang. The gnarled wood of the hornbeam is very dense and hard: toolmakers use it for handles. In the craft, they refer to it by the name ironwood.
