Iron, forged.
This candlestick is forged from an iron cuboid and owes its shape solely to the manufacturing process. The raw piece, heated to red heat in the forge, is driven up in three places with the round chisel to create the indentations to hold the candles. The walls and edges are deformed accordingly. The surface still shows the traces of the forge fire and is otherwise untreated. From Estonia.

This candle holder, produced in Estonia, has been forged out of one single iron cuboid and owes its form exclusively to the way it was produced. The raw piece is heated to red hot on the forge, and distended at three places with a round chisel to create the mold for the candles. On the surface you can still see traces of the blacksmith's fire but, apart from that, it is untreated.
