A bird bath enlivens every garden: birds need an opportunity to quench their thirst and clean their feathers, and make lively use of the offer of a watering place. But as entertaining as it is to watch birds at the watering hole, garden owners are also aware of the lurking danger: where a bird settles, a cat is often not far away. This drinking trough hangs from a steel chain and, with its compact dimensions, can also be placed on balconies and patios. The bowl is made of ceramic. It is glazed on the inside so that nothing can seep through, making it waterproof, and the glaze also makes occasional cleaning easier. Three circumferential grooves provide slip resistance for feathered animals, especially the smaller ones that find it difficult to drink from the edge.
