Hand friction machine

Who likes to eat a lot of raw vegetable salads, knows from experience: a reliable grater is the be-all and end-all. The device should be stable, so as not to be brought to its knees by its task - and it should be sharp, so that the chopping can be uncomplicated, fast and with little use of force by the hand. Our table model from Jupiter easily meets both requirements. The stainless steel housing with its stable base made of painted metal rests on a large rubber plate that can be easily fixed to the smooth surface of the worktop. Two grating drums are included, which can be easily replaced. One is suitable for almonds, nuts, chocolate and hard cheese, the other, slightly coarser for (raw) potatoes, for carrots, beet, celeriac and all vegetables that you like to eat in raw vegetable salad.
