Meat patties can be perfectly formed in two steps: press the meat into the lower part of the press, then fit on the upper part and lock it with the bayonet catch. By slightly squeezing the plate-shaped handle the meat is formed into a uniform patty. An Italian metalworking firm furnishes us with the die-cast aluminium and stainless steel. They've been manufacturing kitchen aids on their production site next to Lake Orta in the Piedmont for 50 years.

Two parts. The body is made of cast aluminium. The dish is made from deep-drawn stainless steel 18/10. Height 10 cm, Ø 10 cm. Weight 320 g.
Don't put the cast aluminium in the dishwasher. The stainless steel dish may be machine washed.
