This hair dryer comes from Switzerland, whose manufacturer, Valera, has been exclusively dedicated to the business of hair care appliances since the company was founded in 1955, working closely with the professional hairdressing industry. Accordingly, in the sturdy metal housing of this hair dryer works a durable, lightweight Delta Drive motor, as it is usually used in powerful professional devices. The heating wire is shaped like waves rather than spirals, and is precisely and directly mounted on the carrier made of micanite - a classic material that can withstand temperatures of 400 to 500 °C without damage. This guarantees an even temperature distribution and thus a longer life of the heating element. An ion generator integrated into the hair dryer splits molecules of the air drawn in and converts them into negative ions, which are blown into the hair with the heated air. There they cause the water droplets to be atomized: some of the droplets are absorbed by the hair, while the remaining water evaporates more quickly. The advantage: the hair is stressed with hot air for a much shorter time. Additional tourmaline-coated components reinforce this effect, as the mineral becomes electrostatically charged at high temperatures and also produces negatively charged ions.

Valera still produces the hair dryer in Switzerland. In addition to the patented ondulating nozzle, the accessories include a diffuser and a storage bag. In addition, the hairdryer is equipped with an extra-long cable of three meters.
