The universal knife.
A famous knife from the 1950s; not only by name the universal kitchen knife par excellence. Its blade is made of stainless steel - exceptionally stamped (not forged) -, ice-hardened and polished. The fine-toothed hollow grind gives this knife its unusual sharpness. With proper use, it will remain sharp for years.
We offer this knife in two versions: with handle scales made of plum wood and - as has been common for professional knives for some time - with those made of the thermoplastic polyoxymethylene (POM). All handle scales are fixed with stainless steel rivets.
