The grater attachment can be used to cut baking ingredients such as walnuts, almonds and chocolate down to size, or to grate dry bread, parmesan and other mature hard cheeses in no time at all. The grater attachment is simply inserted into the mincer like any other attachment and is ready to use right away. And the developers thought of how to keep the worktop or the kitchen table clean: the grater drum comes in a housing which prevents scatter.
