    Fresh flakes at the touch of a button

    Cereal flakes are a tasty, nutritious and nutritious ingredient (not only) in porridge, sweet baked goods or savory dishes. The Futuria E1 cereal flaker is the appliance of choice for anyone who uses it every day and prefers freshly flaked cereals to pre-packaged products from the supermarket. At the touch of a button, its stainless steel crushing mechanism can process around 100 grams of cereal grains per minute, making it ideal for family breakfasts. You can crush oats without further pre-treatment. Wheat, rye or spelt grains, like ancient grains, should first be moistened with water in a sieve and then dried again for around five hours. The Futuria E1 is easy to use. You can even remove the crushing mechanism completely and clean it with the cleaning brush provided. For reasons of hygiene, it is always advisable to thoroughly clean the inside of the housing if the appliance is not in use for some time.

    The Futuria E1 comes from Tyrol. Crushers and grinders for grain have been a core competence of the manufacturer Werkstück for many years. The employees know exactly how best to handle and process whole, crushed or ground grains. They currently manufacture around a third of all grain mills worldwide at the sites in Vomp and Zell am Ziller. Not only that, but Werkstück is part of GW Tirol (Geschützte Werkstätte Integrative Betriebe Tirol) and has been committed to providing market-oriented jobs for people with disabilities since 1980.

    Fluffy and fresh

    Cereal flakes are like flour: freshly flaked cereals taste more intense than store-bought cereal flakes and contain more fiber. Freshly flaked, the grain loses fewer nutrients and its natural, full flavor is better preserved, as its content is not affected by ultra-high temperatures, long transport routes or intermediate storage on the supermarket shelf. At the same time, freshly flaked cereals are easier to digest, as the fatty acids contained in the cereal grain are only released shortly before consumption. And if you are now thinking: "The little bit of muesli I eat for breakfast ... cereal flakes, just like freshly flaked linseed or hemp seeds, form a tasty, healthy basis for homemade vegetarian or vegan burger patties and other meat substitutes. You can use them for baking as well as for warm porridge or overnight oats from the fridge - the perfect snack for the office and on the go.
