This dressing from Giusti's "Agrodolce with fruit" range is fresh, light and full-bodied at the same time. Concentrated raspberry juice makes it incredibly fruity and gives it a sweet and long-lasting finish, which is accompanied by a fine acidity. Giusti raspberry dressing is ideal for rounding off salads, raw and cooked vegetables, octopus, game and fresh fruit. It is also suitable as a sauce ingredient and for marinating fish and leafy vegetables.
