Concentrated apple juice gives it a sweet apple note, which is accompanied by fine wine vinegar acidity. Giusti apple dressing is ideal for everyday use in the preparation of salads, raw and cooked vegetables, raw and grilled fish and as a seasoning ingredient in marinades and sweet and sour sauces.
