To check the balance or the remaining balance you need the 16-digit certificate number as well as the 4-digit PIN. This information can be found on your gift certificate.

Check the balance online:
Enter the certificate number and PIN in der matching input fields in your virtual shopping cart and click on the “redeem”-button. The value of your gift certificate will be deducted from your basket. If you don't want to use the gift certificate at this time, you can delete it from your basket.

Our gift certificates have no expiration date. Any balance on your gift certificate remains valid until it is fully spent.
