Our foot has a longitudinal arch, also known as the medial arch, and a transverse arch in the hindfoot area; muscles and ligaments stabilize these arches. However, a lack of strength and incorrect or excessive strain can cause the arches to drop, which can lead to pain and promote the formation of flat feet, fallen arches or splay feet. Differentiated, functional training of the foot and calf muscles, which takes into account the anatomy and daily strain, promotes strength and coordination and thus the stability of the leg and foot axes.
Disc-shaped trainer
The curved side of the axle trainer is modeled on the natural curvature of the foot and helps to bring the foot into a physiological foot and leg axis position in which the foot muscles can then be trained. The device can be used as a balancing gyroscope if it is placed flat side up on an anti-slip mat. This allows you to train leg axis stabilization.
