Folding chair beech wood

Not only the inner pig dog, but also everyone else (human) likes to place the buttocks dry and comfortable. At the same time, indoor as well as outdoor sitters know the challenge of finding a comfortable base for the buttocks, which can be moved and transported, assembled and disassembled and stowed again without any fuss. This is such a treasured piece. In the mid-1960s, Danish furniture designer Ole Gjerløv-Knudsen (1930-2009) designed the seating furniture called "Savstol" ("saw chair") - a variation of his recliner "Savbriks" ("saw bed", also known as a folding bed), which follows the same design principle. The comfort of the folding chair owes on the one hand to the natural, robust materials - solid beech wood and heavy linen - and on the other hand to the x-shaped design with inclined backrest and seat: on it you can sit down and relax.

Slim and slim for transport folded, you have the folding chair in minutes to the seating furniture built - without you need for the few handles even a single tool. During assembly, two bars for the seat and two bars for the backrest are inserted into the stitched guides of the support, and then the foot ends of the bars are connected to each other by means of a cross brace. Finally, the support is tightened by twisting a rope around the feet. The components fit together perfectly during assembly so that nothing can jam or rattle. Tensioned in this way, the chair can be used as a fully-fledged piece of seating furniture and remains comfortable even if your bum spends a long time on the seat. Who finally wants to go his way again, which also has his chair packed together in a flash: to a narrow role, which can be transported without straining muscles and skeleton, and can be stowed in a space-saving way.
