Fire blanket

Extinguishing blankets are an effective tool to smother smaller fires. Therefore, they should always be placed within reach in every household, especially where open fires are frequently handled, such as in the kitchen or at the outdoor cooking area, and in rooms where candles are often in use.
So that this fire blanket does not have to hide, Nordic Flame has placed it in an inconspicuous, but minimalist-formally designed metal box. Disguised as a design object, it can be mounted in a prominent and easily accessible place in the living room, kitchen or workshop without being a nuisance. Nevertheless, it is conspicuous (beautiful) enough to be found immediately when needed. Then it is pulled out of the metal box with a strong tug on the two straps and is immediately ready for use.
The ceiling of silicone-coated fiberglass fabric is intended for single use.

That the Scandinavians not only stand for purist-clear design, but also have a lot to show in terms of safety, we know at least since the invention of the side impact protection in the car. Conversely, it is therefore no surprise that they pay full attention to design as well as functionality, even in the most pragmatic safety precautions. And it's equally unsurprising that it's Swedes again who are turning fire safety products into stylish furnishings.
The Swedish company Nordic Flame manufactures fire extinguishers and extinguishing blankets in accordance with current safety guidelines, but gives them a new look, transforming them into veritable furnishing objects. Instead of hiding them at home in a (often rather inconvenient) corner, they can now be placed almost anywhere - present probably fits better here, and in an emergency they are therefore also quickly seen.
