This storage basket is light, sturdy and has an understated, simple Scandinavian design. Despite its fragile appearance, it is extremely resilient thanks to the material used: birch plywood consists of several layers of thin birch veneer, which are glued together crosswise, i.e. the wood fibers of the individual layers run at 90 degrees to each other. This gives the plywood enormous stability, making the basket ideal not only for organizing and sorting small items - office or bathroom utensils, toys, tools, etc. pp. -but also as a transport container.
