This fascia roller is, in a way, the little sister of the Woodstick from Styleholz and it is just as easy to use - even when traveling. Thanks to its small size, it fits in your sports bag or suitcase, so you can take advantage of its beneficial services even when you're on the road. The handles make it easy to use: Simply roll it over your neck, back, arms and legs, and you are literally in control of the pressure intensity. And no matter how firmly or lightly you work the body parts: Thanks to the rotating rollers, the pressure is always optimally distributed in the fascia and muscle tissue. This allows you to massage gently on the one hand; in the case of hardening or deep-seated tension, you simply increase the pressure as you see fit and roll the respective muscle areas more intensively. By the way, with the small fascia roller it is easier to build up more pressure, because for the transmission of force the levers are more favorable here due to the short format.
