Fascia roller cork
General Information
Loosen muscles, train fasciae. Naturally with cork
This large fascia roller made of non-slip, pleasant-to-touch cork is ideal for working the fasciae on the back, legs and arms. With a length of 30 centimetres, it offers a large contact surface, which makes fascia training very comfortable for beginners because the pressure is evenly distributed. The cork offers good grip and is not as hard as wooden fascia rollers, for example, but firm enough for effective fascia training. In addition, the velvety surface of the cork always feels pleasantly warm on contact with the skin. The cork comes from Portugal and is also processed there. As a natural, renewable raw material, the material is particularly environmentally friendly: it is 100% recyclable. It is also easy to care for and kind to the skin.
Invisible Network. Fasciae
Fasciae run through our entire body like connective tissue sheaths and surfaces. They enclose all muscles and organs and ensure that they can be moved against each other and that everything stays "in shape". The fasciae form a system of their own which, as part of the support and movement apparatus, holds our body together, is able to transmit muscle power and can thus pass on information to the brain about movements, but also about pain. Due to overload, injury or misalignment and lack of movement, the fasciae can stick together and harden or twist, which can lead to muscle tension, sometimes far from its origin. This can be prevented by training the fascia.
Stay supple. With fascia training
In everyday life, a lot of movement and intensive stretching are already part of fascia training, which you can start in the morning with extensive stretching and stretching. For targeted fascia training, it is best to use fascia rollers - one or the other may already know them from physiotherapy practice or yoga classes. They allow you to directly "work" the fascia and tissues in different parts of the body so they can relax and remain elastic. The rollers come in different sizes and shapes, so you can effectively "roll and roll through" almost any area of the body with the appropriate fascia roller.
