Fascia double ball cork

This small fascia roller basically consists of two balls - making it ideal for rolling and loosening the forearms, calves and muscles along the spine. Thanks to the hollow between the balls, the spine is protected and the small size of the double ball also makes it suitable for the neck area. It can also be used for targeted fascia training.

Fasciae run through our entire body like connective tissue sheaths and surfaces.
