The name is telling: the egg divider cleanly divides hard-boiled and peeled eggs (or mozzarella balls) into fine slices. You can insert the material to be sliced lengthwise or crosswise. The extended base plate with ergonomic handle facilitates safe handling of the kitchen assistant.
