Drain rod beech wood

Like all good products, this one also arose from her own need: clogged drains were not only a nuisance to the inventor of the drain stick, but also a worry, since she did not always like to chase the (sometimes little) effective, but chemical cleaners through the pipes. She tested many things until, in her carpenter's workshop, she came up with the idea of using a wooden stick as a cleaning aid. Together they developed the drain rod made of beech wood, natural, merely sharpened and turned with a rough, ribbed surface on which residues can easily hook - without any chemicals.

As simple and environmentally friendly it is, so effective can be used to clean the drain: Simply push the wand, tip first, into the drain as far as it will go, twist it several times until you feel slight resistance, and pull it out carefully to prevent any hair or debris that sticks to it from falling off. After use, the rod can be disposed of whole in household waste or compost, you do not need to clean it and thus do not come into contact with the residues. But it is also possible to break off or pinch off the dirty end and sharpen the rod again for a new use.
