Flexibility has in no way been affected by the change in raw materials. On the contrary. These cards can also be used for the working and cutting of dough on the baking board or used to scrape dough from the sides of the mixing bowl. Made in the Czech Republic.

Material thickness 2 mm. Large card: length 15 cm, width 9.5 cm, weight 23 g. Small card: length 13.5 cm, width 8.5 cm, weight 18 g.
