Cork yoga block

As an environmentally friendly, renewable material, cork is a good alternative to plastic in many areas. In yoga practice, it has proven itself above all due to its tactile properties and is the material of choice for yoga blocks and increasingly also for yoga mats. Our cork yoga block supports you in correct execution and alignment in the respective positions of your yoga unit: this allows you to maintain secure contact with the floor in Trikonasana (the triangle) and Ada Chandrasana (half moon) - if your arms initially seem too short - or you can release weight in Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (shoulder bridge) and Viparita Karani (half shoulder stand) and hold the asana for longer, for example. The yoga block can also be used to activate the muscles, for example by holding it between the knees or thighs during an asana. As an aid when sitting, the yoga block creates good conditions for your pranayama practice or meditation. And when lying down, it helps you to find a relaxed position.
