A shelving tower with multiple uses: HENRY in small, medium and large is an object-like focal point in the room or discreet furniture. HENRY stands freely, independently and accessible from all sides as a room divider or as a complementary piece of furniture in the bathroom, living room or hallway. Easy to move on freely rotating, concealed castors. A shelf insert and a drawer - both made of sheet steel - complement HENRY and extend its function. We strive for this variety of applications in all our MAGAZIN products. In addition to its functionality, this small piece of furniture impresses with its ingenious design: panels milled at a 45-degree angle interlock at different heights. This gives HENRY a very fine contour and at the same time emphasizes the high-quality material, whose plywood core is thus visible. HENRY comes fully assembled. We discovered HENRY and the designers from Studio Sergeant, led by the young Belgian Pieter van den Poel, at an exhibition of graduates from the "Thomas More Hogeschool Mechelen". With the name of their piece of furniture, the young designers want to commemorate the architect Henry van der Velde, who left his home town of Ghent a striking book tower with the architecture of the "Boekentoren" library building.
