    Catfish. With rosemary

    The catfish - also known as catfish - is the largest freshwater fish in Europe. Its compact, soft flesh, which is virtually boneless, is characterized by a sweet taste. Hink refines it with fresh rosemary and nutty mild rapeseed oil.

    Freshly preserved. Fish from Hink

    In the clear, fine fish preserves of Wiener Manufaktur Hink is clearly the fish in the center. Hink obtains it from the natural pond farm Radlberg in Lower Austria, located about 70 kilometers west of Vienna. There, the fish are filleted by hand directly after being caught and delivered to Hink in Vienna. The short distance thus ensures optimum freshness. The other steps in the process are also largely carried out by hand: careful canning, filling with the best cold-pressed rapeseed oil from Styria and, last but not least, the refining addition of spices tailored to the particular fish. For the full enjoyment it then actually only needs a fresh bread or salad.

    Storage and preparation instructions:

    Store at room temperature up to 25 °C. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume quickly.
