Made from pure camel hair: a warming blanket
Pure, natural camel hair (fiber fineness 19 to 22 microns) is used for our blanket, i.e. neither dyed nor bleached. All processes - from washing and combing the wool to spinning, weaving and finishing - take place in Germany.
Camel hair. A winter gift
In praise of the camel, which he otherwise considers to be the "most unlovable, stupid, stubborn and impudent creature imaginable", the discerning old Brehm can only say that its hair, after it has been refined by the textile arts, is a true gift from God. And it is - at least in these latitudes and in these winters. It is incredibly warm, light as a feather, silky, shiny and cuddly, extremely durable and long-lasting.
