Brot & Butter
You can find Manufactum Brot & Butter with its bakery, fresh food counter and gastronomy in nine of our department stores. At Brot & Butter you will find an extensive range of fresh food that you can eat on the spot or take away. Every day from Monday to Saturday, we produce bread and baked goods in our stores, sell cheese and dairy products from artisan cheese dairies and dairies as well as traditionally produced sausages and ham at the fresh food counter and serve tasty dishes with the best ingredients from the Manufactum range in our restaurant.
Our gastronomy
In our Manufactum bread & butter restaurant, you have the opportunity to take a break from everyday life, enjoy some time out and relax. Each location offers indoor seating and, when the weather is nice, outdoor terraces for moments of enjoyment with Manufactum food. Our restaurant is also affectionately known as "the tasting kitchen", as we use freshly baked bread and pastries from our own bakery, hearty cheese and ham from the fresh food counter as well as long-life food from the shelves of the Manufactum department stores for our home-made dishes.
Our bakery
The special thing about our Manufactum bakeries is not just the glass façade, through which you can watch our bakers transparently at every step of their work. After all, when it comes to bread, one thing counts above all: the taste. And the ingredients are crucial for this. The bread gets its beautiful crust in the tuff oven, where the roasting substances that significantly influence the taste are created. We therefore bake the loaves as dark as possible.
Our fresh food counter
At the fresh food counter, you will find unusual cheese and sausage products from artisan European farms. We attach great importance to the origin and processing of the products - and animal welfare is a particular priority for us. We have put together a selection of cheeses and sausages with character, varying in consistency, aroma and taste.
