    General Information

Bread forms. For dough processing and serving bread.

These bread forms are used in the bakeries in order to let the dough stand. At the same time the forms give the bread its typical shape. They are made of wicker which allows the fermentation process to proceed with the necessary humidity compensation and air circulation. The forms are from Lower Franconia, where they have been made for over 150 years. And they are good for serving bread, too.

    A pointer:

Use the wicker forms only for the fermentation process, not in the oven.
