Bolster millet husks

A bolster provides - naturally - a supportive base for the neck, relieving pressure on the shoulders and muscles, especially for back sleepers, and thus helping to prevent tension. The roll should not be too high, as it should only fill the space between the neck and the base, without reinforcing the natural neck lordosis or even bending the head. For side sleepers who otherwise prefer a neck pillow that also supports the head, the neck roll is a space-saving alternative when traveling. It can also be used as a knee roll when lying on your back or to relieve pressure on your hips when lying on your side by placing it between your thighs and knees. The roll can also be used as a headrest or reading cushion on the sofa or in an armchair.

Our bolster is filled with organic millet husks, so it adapts well to individual circumstances, but still offers a rather firm base. At the same time, the millet husks store the body's own warmth and thus contribute to a relaxed, restful sleep. You can easily modify the height by pushing the filling away from the center into the sides, which also creates a lateral guide. The insensitive, soft cover made of organic cotton has a concealed zipper, you can remove the filling and put it in the machine for washing. Please use mild detergent without optical brighteners to preserve the natural color.
