But the Nohrd Bike bicycle ergometer also convinces with technology, because the flywheel is driven by a protected, advanced planetary gear and not as usual via a belt. The innovative gear type and the smooth and thus wear-free braking technology by eddy current make the bike ergometer a long-lasting training partner that fits unobtrusively into any home and also takes up little space. Thanks to the compact design, it can be found on a mere 60 × 80 cm and can be conveniently pushed aside via two rubberized rollers if necessary.

Visually and functionally, it is thought out to the smallest detail and thus allows a versatile workout, to whose different ergonomic requirements it can be easily adapted. The settings allow for all seating positions between comfortable pedaling and power-intensive race training. The saddle and handlebars can be adjusted in height, and the saddle can also be adjusted horizontally. The training is supported by the elongated handlebar bar, which offers various grip and support options. The pedal resistance you can easily, even during the workout, with a turntable steplessly and precisely regulate and make it visible via a possibly connected tablet on the percent exactly.

Seldom do you progress so well when you pedal on the spot: Training with the bike ergometer is simple and effective, because even a few training sessions a week help improve fitness and health - regardless of age, condition, training intention, time of day (the Nohrd Bike is exceptionally quiet) and weather, you can pedal whenever and how intensively you want.

With the Nohrd Bike bicycle ergometer you train the cardiovascular system, endurance and muscle strength at the same time, without straining the joints and back. And so that you can accurately track and analyze each workout, Nohrd has developed a (free) app for tablets with Android and iOS. Before you start cycling, the bike app is used to calibrate the resistance, allowing for absolutely accurate settings during your workout: You can then regulate the resistance to the exact percentage. The training data is transmitted via Bluetooth and evaluated by the bike app. During the workout, the tablet can be clamped in the practical holder on the handlebars so that you can keep an eye on everything at all times - in online and offline mode. The bike app offers various training programs and - if you like to look at nature while pedaling - real circuits are also available: from tours through a leafy forest or wide, flat terrain in Holland to challenging mountain training through the Dolomites and routes through the Australian outback.
