We know Schwalbe as a specialist for bicycle tubes and tires. Like us, the manufacturer not only loves everything to do with bicycles, but also the environmentally friendly vehicle itself. Schwalbe has put together a cleaning set that includes a soft brush and a gentle cleaning bike soap with a soap box to simplify care and maintenance. The brush body is made of sturdy, oiled beech wood and covered with soft horsehair, which gently cleans paintwork and sensitive parts. Thanks to the flexible bristles, the large, flat head can easily reach into narrow spaces or gaps - this makes cleaning much easier, especially in combination with the bike soap. It cleans gently, has a degreasing effect and - although it foams strongly - is environmentally friendly and biodegradable thanks to the mild surfactants. To wash the bike, first rinse it with water and remove coarse dirt. Lather up the soap with a damp brush and clean the bike. The foam coats the dirt particles on the bike, which can then be washed off without having to scratch much. Lather the brush with fresh soap two or three times, which is enough for one wash. Finally, rinse the bike with water, rinse off the soap, leave to dry and store in the tin can until the next bike wash.
