Belgian duo: marzipan and chocolate
Only selected almonds from Spain and Portugal are used for these remarkable marzipan pralines. They are almonds from the most recent harvest with the perfect balance between bitterness and sweetness, which form the basis for the full flavor of the marzipan. This is rounded off with a touch of granulated sugar from the famous "Sucrerie Tirlemontoise", which even appears in a Tintin book. The marzipan is coated in a thin layer of Belgian dark chocolate, which does not dominate the taste, but rather subtly complements and rounds it off.
