Reusable as often as you like and easy to clean, beeswax cloth helps to reduce household waste. All production steps are carried out by hand - and the use of natural materials makes it the ideal alternative to cling film and aluminum foil. The cotton used comes from controlled organic cultivation, the wax for the coating is obtained from controlled organic beekeeping in the vicinity of the manufacturing family business in the Waldviertel - the pleasant scent of the beeswax can be detected at all times. The wax coating also contains only a small amount of tree resin from the Austrian black pine, which ensures adhesion, and sunflower oil, which ensures smoothness.

The beeswax cloth on a roll can also be used to cover larger bowls, dishes and plates in the fridge or in the pantry. Simply cut off a suitable piece and place it in the middle of the container, stretch the cloth and hold it in place for a moment: the warmth of your hands causes it to cling to the edge and adhere firmly. You can also wrap sausage, cheese and fruit or sandwiches in the beeswax cloth to keep them fresh and save on disposable materials. The beeswax cloth is in no way inferior to its artificial counterparts made of plastic or aluminum.
To clean it, simply hold it under cold running water - if necessary, you can use a little (very little) washing-up liquid - and hang it up to dry (do not place it on the radiator). To reduce germs, the beeswax cloth can be placed on baking foil and put in the oven at 75 degrees for 5 minutes.
