As simple as this bath mat made of soft cotton comes across at first glance, so refined it is on closer inspection. Because the mat woven in a pearl pattern does not show a uniform coloring: the surface of the individual pearl nubs seems discolored - and it is. This is achieved by stroking the surface after dyeing with a glove that has been dipped in a decolorizing solution. And you guessed it, it's a process that can only be done by hand. As a result, the discolored surface is never quite the same on individual bath mats. In contrast to the resulting cloudy look is the firm, thick fabric. It offers the feet with a basis weight of 1,600 g / sqm a pleasant cushioning base, which is reinforced by the weave in the pearl pattern.
