Basement light brass

This massive, robust wall light made of solid brass is manufactured in Italy.  It borrows more from the shape of ship fittings than its design; the reliable workmanship actually meets the extreme requirements of rough seafaring: housing and grille are made of polished, solid brass, absolutely corrosion-proof and resistant to weathering. Mounted outdoors or in the basement or cellar, the lamp cuts a fine figure on the wall or under the ceiling.

Since Olim's time, these wind- and weather-tested cast brass and glass ship lights have been manufactured at Lake Iseo near Milan, defying heavy weather, salt water and - if equipped with a protective grille - even striking parts at sea. For land-based outdoor applications of any kind, the amazingly affordable lights are thus not only well equipped, but downright overqualified.
