The barbecue fork weighs just 20 g. The fact that it nevertheless holds what is entrusted to it - sausages, vegetables, a piece of bread - is not only due to the fact that its tines are equipped with small barbs. The flat body of the fork, made of flexible spring steel, is threaded onto a stick to extend the handle. The fork can thus also be turned over the fire, and the grilled food does not fall into the embers.
The utensil is laser-cut in small runs in Switzerland, electropolished and finished by hand. The manufacturer obtains the raw material from Germany.

The fork is laser cut, electro polished and hand-assembled in a limited edition in Switzerland. The rust free spring steel comes from Germany. 1 mm thick, length 16.5 cm, width 6 cm. Weight 20 g.
Campfire Barbeque Fork
In spite of the fact that this barbeque fork weighs just 20 grams it will hold firmly everything to be grilled, from sausages to vegetables, or a piece of bread –because both its tines have small barbs and because the flat body of the fork is made of flexible spring steel. The fork can also be mounted in a stick, extending the range of the handle so the food to be grilled can be held and turned directly over the coals.
