Balance board (5 pieces)

Each part of this balance board set is a simple thing on its own: two boards of different sizes, a fascia roller and two massage balls. In combination, however, they have it all. As a balance board, they challenge you to coordinate at your best if you want to keep your balance on the unstable surface. So the shape of the boards is not by chance reminiscent of a surfboard, because just as wobbly you stand on it.

First level: to start you put the big board on the fascia roller. So you can slowly get used to the rolling wobbly base, because here the board moves only in one axis and tilts to the left or right. You can train the balancing act in the other axis, forwards and backwards, if you place the board with the outer holes on the two massage balls. If you want to reach the next balance level, use only one ball and position it under the middle hole first. If you haven't fallen into the water, no, off the board yet, choose one of the outer holes for the massage ball. This not only you and your sense of balance sweat, also the ankle and leg muscles are properly challenged.

Before you now rise to the professional level with the small wave rider board, we recommend you to train for a while with the big board. This is because the small board ensures (acrobatic) peak performance due to the central incision and the incorporated hole. In addition to the effective balance and functional strength and leg axis training, fun is also not neglected ... A sense of achievement included. And varied it remains with these combination options and the resulting levels of difficulty also.

After the training on the balance board fascia roller and massage balls come solo to use: to massage and loosen the fascia and tissue structures. This stimulates blood circulation, which supports the metabolism and thus the regeneration of the muscles. And now, finally - you've earned it - you can take a seat and rest. To do this, interlock the two boards to the chair and relax. (Of course, this all goes without a previous balancing act.)

The Freiburg manufacturer rollholz manufactures the balance board, the fascia roller and the massage balls from FSC-certified beech and birch plywood from the Black Forest. The smooth, haptically extremely pleasant wooden surface feels velvety-warm on contact with the skin, which is especially pleasant with the roller and the balls. To protect the floor surfaces and the products, we recommend a carpet pad, for example a yoga mat. This reduces the risk of slipping and also makes practicing a little easier.
